Updates!

I know, I know, I really should keep up with my blog.. I've just been busy.

So, Here we go.... I finally have a part time job. It's only 3 days a week, but its something! I was thinking of going back to school, but with bills, one income.. not going to work.

So, my part time job is dealing with accounting (something I'm familiar with) and being a nanny... kinda. My mom's friends own their business, they needed extra help with data entry and picking up their daughters from school and taking them to their swim classes. I can totally do that!! So, that's what I do.

Frank has been working a lot and he even got to work some Saturday's. O.T is always nice. Especially now. I know Frank gets tired but, since Xavier started football, Frank is totally into it. Its cool to see them have this bond. With a lot on Frank's mind, he always hangs with the kids, and they love it! Frank is the best dad!!

Xavier started tackle football. When I saw Xavier for the 1st time all geared up..I'm not going not lie, I got teary eyed. I mean I met Xavier when he was 7 years old and now he's like a little grown up. It's pretty cool to see him grow up into a little man. Xavier has practice 3 times a week, even a Saturday practice. WHOA! So while he's practicing, Frank is pacing back and fourth, I jog! :)

I am very proud of Xavier! Practice 3 times a week, he is keeping his grades up, he is also in a 7th grade math class. Can he be the best kid ever!!!?? I think so. :)

Amaya isn't in any sports at the moment. However, I did want to sign her up in cheer leading, but little Miss Amaya didn't want to be a cheerleader. (I think it would be super cute.) She did make up her mind, of course when it was too late to sign her up. There's always next time. She is really good at school and keeping her grades up. Amaya also gives me fridge art that she makes at school. Which is pretty awesome! (I'll post some pic's)

Aiden is still our IT guy in the family. He tells us how to download games, and even hooked up the Wii to the Internet. I asked him, "Aiden how do you know how to do this?" He says "Chrissy, I'm a genius" The things Aiden says are pretty hilarious.

Aiden loves to play Club Penguin, its a site for kids where they can play games, challenge other penguins, and move up in levels.

When Frank went with some friends to set up his fantasy football league, while he was gone Aiden was playing club penguin. Frank came home, went to log on his to his fantasy football league and at the top of the screen it says "Welcome Aiden" when Frank wanted to view his profile, Aiden's penguin pops up. Frank was cracking up. Aiden is also known to change some passwords.

With the schedule that I have. I visit my mom and dad twice a week (sometimes more). So, that means I have a passenger in shot gun! Daytona. My parents have two dogs that are very chill and super nice. When Daytona gets there, She runs them around. She wants to play with them, but I don't think they are used to her yet! They all get along and its good that she has buddies to visit.

The End

And some more....

More Cali Pictures

Cali Trip!

This is my favorite street in San Fran, Lombard Street. The craziest street ever! You should have seen the line just to drive down Lombard, it was nuts. The night before, I forgot to charge my camera, I was totally bummed. I had to keep turning on and off my camera so it could get some juice. I was super excited that I got this picture. (even if there are lines in the picture)

The other picutures are from my cousin's wedding. The wedding was really beautiful! I got to see alot of my cousins that I havn't seen in years! More pictures to come.

It was Frank and the kids's 1st time to San Fran. I was really excited they got to come and enjoy some of the sites and meet the rest of my family. Well, most of my family.

This trip really meant alot to me. It was our 1st trip as a family. Just to see their faces as we walked on the Golden Gate Bridge was amazing! I love the fog as we were on the Bridge.. it was continuous mist on our faces, the green, green trees surrounding us, the kids running, pointing at new things, it was fun for all!! Just didn't want to come home from 70 degrees to 100 plus degrees. Gross!

Grandpa and Grandma Hogan got to take the kids to Alcatraz and Monterey Bay Aquarium, which Frank and I totally wanted to go, but I guess work is more important. We had to leave that weekend, while the kids stayed an extra week.

We had to smush everything in before Frank and I had to go home. We saw Golden Gate Bridge and Pier 39. Next time we will stay longer.

The kids got their own camera and I can't wait to see and post the pictures they took!

My mom and dad pretty much rock! Thank you so much for everything!! We had alot of fun on our little vacay.. and I know the kids did too. I love you.

Thank you Jenni and Fam for watching Daytona while we were in Cali! We missed her!

FINALLY!!

It took me long enough!! I took the time today and messed around with my blog. Im sure with in a couple days, this will be my new addiction. :)
In Nov 2008 Frank and I got married at the Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens. It's such a beautiful place. I didn't know it exsisted, until my dad told us about it. Glad we did! It was such a great day to have our friends and family celebrate our special day with us.
We have 3 amazing kids. Xavier 11, Amaya 9, and Aiden 6. They are hilarious, smart and loving. Since I don't work, they have been spending a lot of their summer with us. I l ove it!!
Xavier will be in 6th grade this year and is really excited about changing classes. Xavier told me he can't wait for school to start again. He will also be starting football, which he wanted to do for some time now. Xavier has been playing baseball for awhile, so I think football will be a great change for him.
Amaya will be starting the 4th grade and doesn't show her excitment like Xavier does, but I know she is. Amaya rolls with it! I love how Amaya is so laid back. Amaya just started volleyball and pretty soon she will start soccer.
Aiden will be in the 1st grade this year. He is very smart when it comes to electronics. He is all about computers, clocks, phones anything with buttons and numbers.. Aiden is all over it. One day Frank was watching a basketball game on T.V, well Aiden was all excited, yelling and cheering , Frank thought he was all into the game, yah, not so much, he was into the stop clock on the bottom of the screen. He is such a happy little guy.
And the newest addition to the family... Daytona! The kids love her so much! Daytona plays very well with them. Daytona follow's the kids and Frank around the house. Where ever they go, Daytona goes. Its cute. She doesn't follow me, but when its time for her morning walks, she knows who to wake. :)
Im blessed with the best kids ever! :) I blessed with an amazing husband, family and friends.
Here are some pictures of the fam.

I'm a blogger now!

Tonight we visited the Roseland house, took a little detour along the way, and Jenni hooked me up with a little help setting up my blog! So it is official, I am a blogger now! Can't wait to update with lots of pictures and happenings of the Swisher household!
